FYI, both wires are 12v constant.

Could be a fuse box feed. for the underhood box.

Yep, just checked. driver side, under hood box. at least the one with the blue tape taping the wire to wiring loom... I took a pic, what's you e-mail, I'll e-mail you the pic.

the wire from the starter suppose to connect to the fusebox that is on the left side of the engine bay in the s2000... the other is connected to the fusebox thats on the right fusebox.. both on those wires uses 12v power source.. good luck with the project.. im planing on doing the same myself once i sell my s2000..
