where to plug in scan tool on a s2000

Default where to plug in scan tool on a s2000

hey guys

i have a check engine light on in the s2k and my brother has the obd 2 scan tool to check the codes. My questions is where does it plug into so it can read the codes.


and does anyone have the reading of each code means.




sorry im used to the paper clip trick and count the flashes in my integra

thanks in advanced

ps i know i could go to autozone to get the code checked but its really far away from me.

on the passenger side just rear of the center console the plug inlet is just under teh dash there u cant miss it

All codes are in the Helm manual. Also, your scan tool should come with a generic list of codes and what they mean. If you get the code, post it up in this thread and someone will tell you what it means.

ps. There is the "paper clip" trick, along with "blink codes". Unfortunately, that link may not be up and running again.
