Sounds more like a high frequency ringing, not a whistle. So like something vibrating. Something light, like exhaust heat shield.

Poke around with pressing something against various places under hood, to immobilize whatever might be loose and ringing. Start with exhaust heat shields, working down to cat area. Shields around exhaust, shields attached to body.

Also try the large, black battery heat shield.

Then proceed to anywhere you can see or think of. Experiment.

It could also be a serp belt pulley bearing. Easy to rule out, just remove belt, see if issue goes away. Don't even need to remove belt, just undo belt from, say, water pump pulley, so its loose.

I was thinking pulley as well, but the tct and valves are drowning it out.

I guess remove the serpentine belt and see if the noise goes away.
