Default White Smoke?

Hey guys this is an odd problem and I wanted to get your thoughts.

I have a MY02 S2K with about 87K on it. At times when driving for extended periods of time (over 20 min or so) while having the AC blowing at the lowest settings white smoke with blow from the AC vents.

This is not thick white smoke, but a very faint light white smoke, almost like a very light fog... I just had my minor service and they topped off all of my fluids so I do not believe that a low coolent level is the problem. Also please note that I first noticed this problem around my 50Kish mile mark. The smoke doesnt smell bad and appears to have no smell at all.

This happend again yesterday when I was driving from Orange County to San Diego County, about 65 miles worth of driving one way.

Thanks again for taking the time to look at this.

That's not a problem. The "white smoke" you see is cool air hitting warm, humid air, causing condensation. It's the same as the "white smoke" you get when you open the fridge in a humid, warm kitchen.

You should notice it dissipate shortly after leaving the vents if it is condensation. My friends Ford does this all the time, so we turn the ac on at red lights and start shivering. We get the strangest looks.

If your cabin fills with smoke then you have a problem.

Thanks guys, it does dissipate. The white smoke does not fill up the cabin, so I believe you guys are correct. Thanks guys!

Because that's what it is.

They don't "smoke" as such, but when it's cold out, you can see their farts.
