The V-AFC will only void certain parts of the warranty IF they know you have one. It will void the warranty on your ECU, MAP sensor, VTEC solenoid, etc., but if you install it out of view, or use a Plug and Play harness (no wire cutting), then it will be easy to prevent the dealer from knowing about it.

Make sure to buy the harness as well as the VAFC (about $140) it will make the hookup a lot cleaner and easier. I got real nice gains in HP and torque with the VAFC with the S/C application.
