Why is AEM CAI install a pain?

Default Why is AEM CAI install a pain?

I have read a bunch of people saying that the install of the AEM CAI is a pain in the @ss. Why? Any details? Thanks.

its a pain if you dont know what you are doing. It is easy if you have done stuff like it before. Remember to note where the vaccum lines go...

I didn't think that it was a pain. If you take your time, have the tools that you need and follow the instructions, it's no sweat. If you are not good at working with your hands, then that's a different story.

A pain? If you're even kind of mechanically inclined, you should be able to do it in an hour or so.

I've done it twice, and if I had a dremel, I could probably do it again in 30-45 minutes.

it hasn't been a pain. i installed it and removed it twice and i can get it all done in 45 minutes or less. not counting the time it takes to jack the car up on 4 jack stands....

The first time was a B!tch, since i didn't know where the screws anything went since i bought it used, but once i figured it out, pretty simple...

Install is no problem at all. Take your time with the vacuum lines and be sure to catch any spilled coolant. When you get to the bottom of the car use a large flat head screwdriver to pull out the fasteners. It shouldn
