Why coilover systems always make noise?

Thanks for that pointer. But, I still have the OEM pads... haven't changed it out. Other Zeal owners are experiencing the noises after installing the coilovers, so I can assume that its the coilovers. Maybe I'll try taking those plastic pieces out like Silversurfer did.

Quick question for you Zeal owners... When you installed the coilovers, did you take off the rubber bushings from the upper pillar mount on the stock shocks and put them on the Zeals? When I installed mine, I assumed I didn't need it. Maybe installing the rubber bushings will help decrease the noise?
