Default Will I pass smog w/o an air pump?

I just recently bought a S2000 from a friend but he had the air pump removed previously and he doesn't have it anymore.. there is no CEL on, so would it still pass emissions, would it pass visual? let me know please..

No, I really don't think so. Do you have access to an OBDII scanner? Where are you (state)? Is your car USDM?

If your car is a MY02 how come your getting it smogged? Is that because it changed owners? I thought new cars didn't need to be smogged for 5 years from date of sale.

Why would he remove the air pump? eventually you'll get a CEL. usually after 2 cold starts.
