wilwood rotors

Default wilwood rotors

Hey i have a four piston wilwood kit and my front wilwood rotors are .735 thick and i've been told they are shot.....but he was comparing them to oem factory specs, does anyone know if the wilwood's wear alot less or if the specs are different then oem.....i cant get my car certified until i supposely replace my front rotors....and i've been told he can certify it if the specs are different.

I honestly have no idea what the rotor thickness on a wilwood bbk should be. If you're looking for a fast answer I'd put a call into Wilwood and ask them directly.

is the service limit size stamped on the rotor anywhere?

ok, i found a number on the back but not sure if it's what iam looking for..it reads EP 6289

does that ring a bell to anyone?....does it mean it's good until 0.6289"?
