Default Window wont open

Hi all,

I have had a search and cant find any info on this and wonder if anyone can help. I am trying to fix the passenger side window on my mums(!) 2007 S2000.

Problem is the passenger window wont open or close its stuck closed. I have checked all the fuses and no probs there. took the passenger door card off and put a meter on the window motor plug, no power to it when either any switch is operated. Took the drivers door card off to compare, 12v to the window motor when operating the switch. I can hear a clicking when I operate the passenger window switch which sounds like it could be a relay clicking but im not 100% on that as I cant locate it under the dash.

Any help on how to solve this please?

What happens when you lower the top? Does it work then?

As silly as it may seem, many have overlooked this switch. It's on the drivers side and cuts power to the passenger window.

in case if it was not, it just occurred on my '00 that master control switch was bad. it's the driver side control switch that also serve as master control. bought off the e-bay for $24, oem new price is about $80.

Its not the switch, I searched and saw that all over the forum!!!! I have a integra type-r and have had 4 Honda's in the family so know that switch well!!!!!

When I operate the roof the window does nothing, it stays still.

Drivers side works perfectly, operates as it always has done off the switch and when operating the roof, passenger side does nothing at all.

sound like exactly my problem. try known good master switch. passenger side passenger window switch won't work if driver side passenger switch doesn't work. just so you know, root/window is on different circuit.

Check switch/connections for corrosion, can't hurt
