Default Windshield Washer Pump Not Working

My windshield washer pump is not working. I bought a new OEM pump and replaced it but the sprayer still does not work. I checked the washer pump fuse and it is good. When you press the washer lever you can not hear the pump turn on. Has anyone experienced this problem before? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Have checked resistance at the fuse? May have a loose wire?

I'm assuming you've put the fender back on....bummer.

If you dont' hear the pump, then it's not getting power. Assuming your previous pump was getting power, you probably didn't connect the wiring properly to the new pump. Off comes the fender again.

If your previous pump was not getting power, it would have been far more likely to be a wiring issue, than a dead pump.

Your troubleshooting of a non working electrical component only involved first replacing the entire part, and checking the fuse? Talk about shotgun troubleshooting...

Did you consider, I don't know, using a voltmeter to make sure 12v is getting to the connector when you press wash button?

If it were a fuel related starting problem, would you replace injectors before making sure you even had fuel in the rail?

Having a similar issue. 2006, stock, no other issues.

I pulled the liner back in the wheel well and was able to get a volt meter on the connector. Looks like it's getting power when I activate the washer but no sound or anything at all from the pump.

Have been searching for a while and haven't found any information on how to remove the thing. There are a few guides but must be for an AP1 as they show the pump as being located on the front of the bottle but in my car it's up against the engine side of the fender, with the bottle on the outside.

Do I have to pull the fender off to get to the pump?

Also, where is the fuse? Since I have power down the wire, I don't need to replace it but I wasn't able to locate it.
