Default Windshield Wipers

I need some help guys!!! I turned on my S this afternoon and my wipers started going nuts without me hitting the wiper paddle! I check them to make sure they're not on and they're not! So I decide to take out the fuse and put it back on to see if it stops and it doesn't! The fuse looks a little burnt but I dnt think its bad or else the wipers wouldn't even work would they? Can it b the wiper motors?
Thanks in advance!

Last car I had this happen to me was a neon..not sure if it works the same, but the neon's "washer fluid" motor was somehow getting power..when I disconnected the washer fluid motor, the wipers stopped going nuts. IIRC, when the wipers see the washer fluid motor get power, it turns on automatically. Check for shorts along the washer fluid, the wiper stalk, and anywhere in between... good luck, electrical gremlins are a pain in the ASS.
