man, i feel like a dumbass, that shit had negative oil, i just bought some for it. so u think that was the problem? should i try to red line it again?

Sure, might as well beat the crap out of it now. Be sure and start saving for a new engine, though. If you were running 7000 RPM and had low enough oil pressure that VTEC wouldn't activate and the ECU kicked in the "retard limiter", then you've likely done some damage. I feel sorry for your S2000.
