if so im sorry...maybe ya'll can pinpoint me where to go....
2nd of all...what are some signs of a worn clutch?
i noticed that my clutch....before...i had pressure all the way....from the top
lately, i notice that...i had to step on the clutch i'd say a little more than half way before it engages.. clutch worn or just readjust..or something else?
its late now but i plan to check clutch / tranny fluid tomrorow...to see if i need more...

If you're clutch is slipping it's worn and on it's way out. *you floor it and the rpms shoot up before it grabs* You should also be able to smell your clutch burning up. This is the best indication.
In your situation I'd check the master cylinder for leaks, as well as check out the slave cylinder. Bleeding the clutch may help the situation, but if you have leaks then you might have to fix/replace cylinders.

put that bitch in 5th and hit the gas hard going up a hill, if it doesnt slip the clutch is more than likely fine. from your description (slightly confusing) sounds like a hydrolic issue
