Default WOT hesitation (sometimes)

So i went to dyno my car at T1 in tx. went on the dyno it only went up to 7600rpms. after that my car basically feel on its face. this started happening once i installed the SOS big bore throttle body. any suggestions on what it may be? im thinking its the weather but its weird that only 7600....car has no cels and mods on sig. car has reflash from SOS/hondata. here is a vid of what im talking about.

I wouldn't think it would be the weather. Almost sounds like fuel cut although I wouldn't know what would cause it

it sounds like its fuel cut but the engine still revs past 7600 rpms. at first i thought about the MAP whack but it wouldnt be that because when you change TB you dont change the map. maybe some fuel injection cleaner???
