wtf help!

how the hell does the spoon engine torque damper......directions are in japanese and i cant figure it out.........please help

Here is a pic of my J's Racing

It is pretty much the same as the Spoon.
I used my own mount for it so I would not have to brake off my fuse box mounting tab
