I'm in agreement with the "what not to post" info.

I don't check this forum to see what CAI to get, but I do try to help out those who created a CEL when they installed it.

X, your doing fine by me keeping things in order here.

I dont goto S2000 talk simply because of all the simple and repeated questions or lack of questions and just non-sense I suppose. I can pretty much promise you'll find 2 same topic threads in one page in S2000 Talk.

You're doing a great job and let's keep this section enjoyable.

I think the "Technical" subforum was a mistake. UTH should be the technical forum. I think there is room in UTH for serious questions about how the car works and also DIY technical threads. It wasn't necessary to split the forum up. All that did was encourage the "what's your favorite mod" threads showing up here, because it is not the "Technical" subforum.

The "Technical" section was invented specifically so DIY technical stuff could reside in a separate location, with less of those "What's that noise and what's wrong with my car?" type of threads (being separated and kept) in the main Under the Hood section. "What's your favorite mod?" type of threads have NEVER been supposed to be in UTH. This has not changed and I move them out as soon as I see them, so you shouldn't have to look at them for long. I guess we can't keep everybody happy all of the time.
Who else thinks "Technical" was a mistake? If there is enough who think this, I can have it eliminated and lump EVERYTHING in UTH.

I wouldn't say the Technical forum was a mistake...but I must admit I did like it better when everything was in one forum. It saves me time (I only have to check 1 forum as opposed to 2).

Just my lazy $.02...

If you "subscribe" to both forums, new threads will just show up when you click "new posts". You won't have to manually scan the forums.

I hadn't tried the new posts feature, but I will. Thanks.

I wouldn't go as far as calling the Technical forum a mistake. I just think that all the important information is now buried in a subsection that I think alot of the new people overlook and thus asking the same questions over and over (i.e Which oil is best for my car?)
