Before my surgery I had to do four windmills ten times each. Forward and backward from the side and both ways from the front. That centered everything as best it could to free it up and reduce the pain.

 

The oddity is that I have no pain. It just feels like the joint is locked.

I didn't like this doctor on my first visit. He gave some very generic diagnosis and sent me to PT. This last one we had a decent discussion on options and what he's seeing. He literally said that my symptoms don't match anything he's familiar with and that any plan of action would be vague. Also, if I had pain, he could pinpoint where it was as part of diagnosis/treatment.

I may take the info to another orthopedist group in the area for a 2nd opinion to make sure he didn't misread anything.

 

My Costco CITI visa was hacked yesterday. They are always on top of it and asked me about it before I knew it. It was three bogus charges on Uber.

They cancelled the card and are expediating a new one. I changed my auto pay accounts to the new number they gave me while I wait for the card. The new one will be my 9th. They last about a year each time before they get frauded again.

I've been getting hundreds of spam emails since Musk's boys were in the Treasury payment system. I don't know if there's any connection but I've changed my email password and it's still happening.

 

WTF? Again, I try to post and it won't. It has to be reviewed first.

My 8th CITI visa through Costco was hacked last night. CITI was on top of it. Three fraudulent charges on Uber. The card was cancelled and I'll get my new one in 1 to 2 days. I've gone back to my list of CITI autopayments and updated them with the new number. Each time the card lasts about a year before it get frauded again. PITA. I'm also being inundated with spam emails. Hundreds a day for the past two days. This has all happened since Musk's boys were into the US Treasury system. Coincidence?

 

Its the anti spam filter IB have, certain words automatically block the post. Hasn’t been an issue until recently. I think the list needs looking into as this is getting a bit tiresome to got though and approve posts.

 

I never have anything worth repeating. I have had that happen a couple times; it's a pain.

 

I only heard of Lainey having the problem so it's good to know it's not just us two.

I feel your pain. We have also been frauded and yes it is a PIA. WTF is going on in this country with all these sudden changes that are going on especially with Musk sticking his nose into everything. I hate that a—hole.
