This question reminds me of a very talented 125 CC road racer that I knew back when I was racing. He was called the Rocket. He could fly a CBR125 Honda race bike and "disappear under the paint on the tank" when the flag dropped. He started to receive inquiries from American Honda to turn pro at the age of seventeen. Then, he discovered "girls" and he lost interest in racing, by the age of nineteen he was "retired" as his girl friend did not want him to race.

well luckily my girlfriend digs the S2000 just as much as i do matt! Hey guys, it's spring break now and I have time to sit down finally. I'm headed back to Woodsfield this week for some 26 driving and golfing. I'm still working at the local Mercedes dealership, and I'm applying for an internship with Mercedes corporate offices in Chicago for the summer. Its time for the S2000's to come out of hiding and play! Please keep me informed about upcoming events. Best wishes.

-Rocket

EDIT: I really appreciate the concern in asking where I've been.

Happy to learn that you have applied for an internship. You have a good head on your shoulders and should have a bright future ahead of your self if you apply yourself.

I would encourage you to get as much of an education as you can. One can go far on native intelligence, but it is so much easier to open doors with a sheep skin. As the people that hold most of the keys have a sheep skin on the wall. They may not have the native intelligence to see the potential in you along with your native intelligence.

rob - school is not going as well as i'd like it to because i'm taking my highest-level-needed math classes. not my cup of tea. besides that all is well with school though. other than school and work, there's really not much to write home about

matt - i had to read that more than once, but it makes perfect sense once understood lol. i try my hardest to get both the street smarts and the book smarts. that seems to be the only way to really succeed.

I remember a similar situation. After finishing a math analysis class for my math major, and finding out I had to take one more of the same, I said F That!, and changed my major to Physics, where math had meaning. Got a math minor without taking another math class.
