BOTTOM LINE: It's a feel good program that in reality does not and can not work given all the opportunities for screw ups.

I just hate it that so many innocent people lost their jobs due to the drop in overall travel after 9-11. It just "fries me" that a hand full of "rectal orifices" (relavtively speaking) could make life so miserable and time consuming for the rest of us. As Matrix and Ohio Racer would say: BASTARDS!
