Rob has a court date today and I want to hear how it went.
And Ms. Perky asked about binoculars vs telescopes but never said (I might have missed it) what she decided on. I suggested the Mother of all Binoculars, that weigh 10 pounds, but you could read the newspaper from a mile away.
So please fill us in.

As you can see from the link, we went to court and won.

You know its funny, Liz was really, really upset about the money, but I wasn't. I was upset over the principle of the thing and the fact that people do business this way. I'd have invested another couple of hundred dollars if I had to just to not let this person and his company get away with this kind of nonsense.

We're kind of fortunate in that even if we hadn't gotten the money back it wouldn't really have made much difference in the scheme of things, we still would have been able to afford to eat. Unfortunately, there are some who aren't so fortunate and to whom this money would have made a difference. Also, unfortunately it is just these people who often fall into the traps set by people like this.

I'm really happy we won for a lot of reasons. I hope we helped to put this guy out of business

Now I can rest. Maybe I'll go home and have some limoncello. Hope you enjoy yours Flts.
