I used to ranch in the high plains. I knew real sheepherders. The kind that live on the mountain tops all summer with a couple dogs and 10000 sheep. Tough people.

Ever smelled a sheepherder that's just come down from the high meadows? They'd stop in the co-op to cash their check. Sign with an X. Then spray themselves with car air freshener so they could go to the bar without being tossed out. . They actually b a a a a when they ta a a a lk.
