Here are some pictures of my back pillow. This sits right at the bottom of the back of the S2000 seat (pix taken in my living room). It's really helped me for long drives. I recommend this for those of you who feel the seat lacks lumbar support (and can be painful after being behind the wheel for a while).
Before running out to buy a back pillow, please remember our cars were designed to protect us from injury in an accident. A pillow may be enough resistance to injure us. A back injury can be severe.
That said, I too experience some discomfort sitting in our S. I recommend a few exercises to stretch and strengthened your lower back rather than a temporary solution.
Also remember that the lower back cusion in the S is not attached on all sides. You can (and I did) stuff a medium-sized towel in there for extra support. You can't even see that it's there, and it helps me a lot.

Happy driving!!
Can you explain this a little more? Are you saying that having a back pillow on your seat can cause injury? I don't understand.

I've heard that the little pine tree air freshener can cause eye injuries when dislodged from the rear view mirror during high speed runs. , Just kidding Barbara and Chaz.
