Default Baseball 2015

After a shaky start, the Nats have caught fire.

Strasberg pitched well against the Phillies. Of course they suck. I like the Nats but I am an O's fan.

So, the City of Biloxi is a little late opening the new AA stadium for the Biloxi Shuckers. (Name was a vote winner...whatchya gonna do?) The Shuckers are playing something like their first 52 games on the road. City will end up paying almost a million in fines to the league and the team. That probably means giving back the nearly $1 million the team donated to cover cost overruns on the stadium. Team moved here from Huntsville. The whole thing was a rush job to get the team here for the 2015 season. Kind of ridiculous but it will be nice to have real baseball on the coast. I enjoy baseball...but not on TV.

Cards are always the Nats nemesis. Winning right now 2-1 in the bottom of the 6th.

After years and years of disappointing play, we Met fans finally have reason to be optimistic. This could be a very good year.

Lets Go Mets!.

There is always the danger of a Mets collapse but this is kind of early in the season. I hope its only a temporary slump.

Lets Go Mets.
