The beginning of the end
It's inevitable that eventually one of these vehicles will be involved in a fatal accident. Although it's likely that the first such accident will be the other car's (driver's) fault, I wouldn't be surprised if that accident pulls all of these off the road for a while.
And if one of these vehicles is shown to be at fault, well, won't that be just special. HPH

Using that same reasoning, if any person has a wreck, should they be pulled off the road?
Had an interesting thought on this today while driving.
I'm sure that in nicely traffic controlled environments it will probably do OK.
I'd love to see them come test it merging onto 95 in any of the large east coast cities but especially Boston.
The art of merging among the massholes is a long term, slow motion game of chicken.
I certainly wouldn't want to be on the ramp behind it. I suspect you'd be there for a very long time.
