Default Best tweet ever, especially under the circumstances

I don't actually use Twitter...ever. But this tweet was brought to my attention by a favorite podcast.

You may have heard about the United flight 1175 aircraft that lost its engine cowling on the way to Hawaii. The good news is the plane landed safely.

This tweet came from a passenger who managed to maintain his cool and his sense of humor:

Here are the details on the event, including stories of other passengers who remained cool under the stress:

They were very cool under pressure. I guess an ocean landing would have been smoother than one on land, but no place to go after that but down.

Speaking of landing, a flight into Dulles this AM had such a rough go of it in the winds that everyone on the plane threw up and the pilots almost did. Not sure why they even were landing, since many flights were cancelled. It was bad out there.

It is like driving a car without a hood. (Bonnet for the UK readers)

As if just having to fly into Dulles isn't bad enough.
