Default Boy, are we getting hard up for car colors

Colors coming in future.

A dirty orange that sparkles up close like a rusty factory!

I see enough dirty rusty orange cars now on the Michigan roads – we don’t need more even if they are new.

Right on Dave. I have an 03 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in traditional khaki. Now I see new Jeeps in lime green, imola orange, puke green, beige and pastel blue.

I beg to differ. I like some of the new colors especially the lime greens, rusty oranges, blues and copper. I'm kind of tired of looking at the traditional colors like sea mist and aqua.

BASF Corporation, headquartered in Florham Park, New Jersey. That explains it.

Not a fan of the rusty look. Even on an old car that has earned it.....I like seeing the cars in the restored to original look state.

And was NEVER a fan of the Imola Orange on the S.

First, that BASF is headquartered in New Jersey has nothing to do with it.
Second, I doubt that very many ladies would be happy with the suggestion that colors as bland as aqua and sea mist were made for them.
Third, colors like Imola Orange, Lime Green, etc have become very popular.

It took a while for Spa Yellow to grow on me. We'd buy one now!

Though I like clean shiny fresh paint even on old trucks, this one met my approval. It's appearance was improved (for me) as it was raining, and I liked the look in the rain.
