Default Can the S satisfy after getting to know the Turbo?

After driving the 996 Turbo for a couple of weeks the roads were nice enough today to take out the S. What an amazing car . While the Porsche is an awesome car with tons of power and torque, the Honda is as much if not more fun. The tranny is so smooth, the shifting so quick and the high reving engine so responsive............WOW. Coming back to it gave me a whole new appreciation for the engineering and value the S delivers. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the Turbo but I can't get over what a package Honda delivers for almost $100k less. I feel extremely lucky to own two of the best cars out there but if I could only own one................., it would be the S!!!!!!!

I happen to agree. I'd choose the S too. There is something very special about a fun to drive, fun to own, open air sports car.

No kidding! It's hard to describe but the S is like a favorite toy. It just makes me smile.

How nice it must be to be able to compare at will. That's quite an endorsement for our S and your license plate (on your S) says it all.

Flexible Flyer, 1965. Original paint/graphics, straight runners.
A Classic!
