That ban may well be lifted by July or August. Isn't "summer" in Canada around August 10?

wow that really sounds extreme for that length of time. I was thinking maybe 30 days , but damn that is long. There isn't enough money in government coffers to compensate people that long, hold on tight it's going to be a wild ride.

Has this hit Mexico yet ?, if it affects that border too.

I wonder if the border guards in Michigan will consider taking my wife to the Christmas store (Bronners) in Frankenmuth MI as essential travel ? , I know it is for her , lol.

BTW, there is a wonderful military museum there that often gets missed by tourists.... have you visited it?
