Just received an update. The car will be ready by noon on October 18th.

Glad to read the update, Glenn. Sorry that I missed you on that Friday night in Gettysburg, but I heard the story from Sam and Tom; lucky that repair was possible w/o problem.

It's going to be in the shop until the 27th. They decided that it would be better to change out the "inner quarter panel". They had me look at the repair that was done on it, looked great, but they decided since it is a structural part, it should be changed out. Part has been ordered. The body shop guy who has been in this business for 30+ years, said that he is really surprised how well this car is put together.

Sounds like your "Baby" is in good hands, Glenn. I hope that you get her back good as new with time to get a few drives in before winter!
