Lot of beautiful Corvette.s and some not so much, IMHO.
In two weeks I'll be at a track in Nevada driving a new Corvette StingRay for 3 days. I'm excited. I did it last May as well, and it was the most fun I've had in a car, in the front seat.

I've always sort of wanted to like the 'Vette but it never quite comes to fruition.

I'm told you have to drive them. But I resist.

My favorite Vette was 1958. Only one model year but it brings back great memories of shakes and burgers at the drive in where the waitresses brought your food out on a tray and attached it to your door. Some even wore roller skates. God am I old.

I feel exactly the same way but maybe Bill is right. I’ve only driven a c6 a few miles and a c3 even less than that.

That is quite an experience -- and a lot of fun as well.

Great learning experience getting familiar with the capabilities of another fine automobile.

I posted this thread primarily for the CA Corvette guy who's screen name I can't recall. There was some nice one-off car's in this collection of Vettes.
