Cruising, Then and Now
When I was still in my teens, cruising was one of the driving pleasures of our lives. Do you remember those days?
Well, sadly, now it seems to be illegal in many places, accused of promoting illiegal activity and all that, as discussed in this thread:

Yeah, it's a shame that some bad apples have spoiled the whole bunch for everyone else. I didn't cruise when I was younger. That was a guy thing...and I didn't have a car that I wanted to cruise in. NOW though, I do. So I go out and just ride around in it for fun. But I'll be sure to not cross the same intersection twice.

Man, I've cruised practically everywhere. PA, NJ, MA. Anti-cruising laws are going to be hard to enforce. Read about a guy who worked for Dairy Queen who was going between two stores a couple times in pursuit of his job. He was stopped for cruising because he fit the profile.

I never cruised. I was a nerd on a ten-speed bike until I was 19 years-old and got my driver's license, after aquiring the used 1970 Datsun 510. I've been making up for it ever since.
