It is an excellent read. I no longer have a copy of the book (went with one of the ex's I'm sure) but I did read it multiple times when I had access to it. Was a big highlight for me when I got to meet John and Sylvia at a race.

Sorry Dave, I just don't see it, but I do think the car looks very nice.

I hope they go into production with this car. We could use to have some exciting cars to buy. Maybe cars like this would wake up some of the young people who have stopped paying attention to cars. I hope they make it available with a real manual transmission (with a clutch). I know that a manual choke it too much to wish for.

I agree with Gary. I think it resembles a circa 70s Celica.

I'm a big fan of what BRE did with the 510s back in the day and especially with John Morton behind the wheel, but I just can't quite warm up to this new interpretation.

Dunno. Guess this is why they make both vanilla AND chocolate ice cream.

P.S. For a bit of nostalgia, Sylvia Wilkinson's The Stainless Steel Carrot... http://www.amazon.com/The-Stainless-.../dp/0395172225
I would have preferred the Charger/Challenger to be this small. I've spent some time in the Challenger and it's a heavy beast. I'm also partial to the black/white/red model. The beige with the chrome bar on the lip area turned me off.

An A+ should be awarded for imagination and creativity for the design of this retro 510. It’s an off center hit for me, however I’m certain others love it.
