Default Do you Instagram?

Have I asked this before? Do any of you folks use Instagram? I know a few folks my age do, mostly to follow the pics of family members, etc. I'm not sure I see the point as most of the folks I connect with are already on FB. I was under the impression that most Instagram photos were taken and posted with a cell phone. Maybe I'm wrong. I do share some of my local photos with a FB page that is related to the happenings in/around our area. The moderator always gives photo credit to anyone who submits photos and I heard my zoo photos had been shared on Instagram, with photo credit. I was able to check it out even without signing up. They were well received, but I think that's not really worth much more than the thumb up/like that the photo received.

I already waste enough time on the Internet, am I missing something by not using Instagram? I don't think so............

Never Instagrammed, Lainey, for the reasons you stated above.

Nope. I e-mail and text. I don't Instagram, Snap Chat, Tweet or anything else.

I would not suggest a 512MB card for any modern digital camera. I have a pair of 64 GB for mine and even with video, that's plenty of space.

Instagram is just a way to look at and share photos, videos, and messages without the clutter of Facebook posts. You can post to both (IG and FB) with the app and you are not limited to media recorded/captured with your phone camera. You can upload media to your phone taken with outside equipment and post it to Instagram with the app; there are ways to do it through a desktop browser, but it requires more effort.
