Do you still have the sales brochure for the year of your S2000?
A question came up in another subforum about the accessories originally offered by Honda for the S2000 through the years. I knew I still had the sales brochure I got at the Honda dealership back in 2007 so I pulled it out to check if my memory was correct that there were accessories listed in there. As it turns out, they were. It was neat looking at the brochure again. I found myself trying not to handle it much lest I get finger oils on the pages. And I did my best not to bend the pages open flat because I didn't want to crease the spine.
I'm laughing at myself over how delicately I felt I needed to handle it. And when I was done (and after snapping a pic of the list of Honda accessories available for that year), I put it safely back in the folder where it has lived for the last 7+ years.
I am bummed because sometime during my drive to the PDR shop this morning the odometer rolled over 40,000 miles and I missed it. I don't know why I wanted to see it, but I did.
So who else still has the original sales brochure?
Who still has the original window sticker? (sadly, I didn't get that from the dealer!)

Unfortunately, I am the third owner of my car... In fact, I am generally a new car buyer, and all of my previous cars were new...and I have every brochure for those cars...
While I don't have the brochure for my "new to me" S2000, I do have the sticker... The owner passed it on to the 2nd owner, who passed it on to me!

I have the brochure from both my '06 and '09. I also have both window stickers. Side note...in Ohio the dealer is required to give you the sticker.

I have a collection of brochures for all the "play toys" I've owned over the years.
It includes:
Cars-
1969 Ford Mustang
1973 Ford Mustang
1978 Chevrolet Camaro
1987 Bertone X1/9
2003 Honda S2000
Motorcycles-
1985 Honda Nighthawk S
1999 Honda ST1100 (Actually a 1996 brochure, haven't found a 1999.)
2004 Honda VFR

Well, I was the second owner of my '00 Silverstone in Dec 1999; bought it with 65 miles on the odo at MSRP. The window sticker was not included in the sale, and I don't recall having a brochure. Will have to dig in my file of car stuff
Again, I am the second owner of my '03 GPW; bought it in '05 with 12,500 miles and it now has only 78,xxx miles. Sadly, I don't seem to have either item for the current S either
I'll bet dlq04 does have EVERY YEAR sales brochure....along with most other dealer propaganda

I have the following for my 2002 S2000.
The original sales brochure from the year of my car
The window sticker
The bill of sale
The original owner's manual
The number card the dealer hung from the mirror when they were prepping the car for delivery
The official shop manual and electrical system manual
Every insurance card and State of NJ registration from the day I bought the car
The temporary license plates the dealer put on the car
My first set of license plates before I got my vanity plates
Every charge slip from every tankful of gas that's ever gone into the car
A record of everything I've ever done to the car (Including washing, waxing, cleaning the windshield, etc)
Every original piece that's ever come off of the car (ie: oil drain bolt that was replaced with fumoto valve)
The June 2014 copy of Hemmings Sports and Exotics featuring the S2000
And more
I pretty much have everything except the first and second set of SO2s.
Of course I'll need all of that for when I show the car at Pebble Beach in 2027.
I don't have quite the same collection for my 1987 Bertone (Fiat) X-1/9 but I do have
The original bill of sale from the original owner (I bought it from his estate)
The original owner's manual
The original workshop manual
A 2005 inspection sticker from the last time the car had to be inspected (I have historic plates, no inspection)
Hemmings Sports and Exotic featuring the car
Road and Track testing and comparing the car to others (thanks to Legal Bill)

Why is it amazing? There are 168 hours in a week. Taking off 60 for work leaves 108 hours. Taking off 45 for sleep leave 63 hours. Plenty of time for everything else.
Besides, what does any of my post have to do with the time I spend working or the time I have for my two kids?
