There are some instruments there that even I could play with zero musical training, very interesting.

I love it. I'd drive to NO in a minute for it but the wife wouldn't walk across the street for it.

Love it! One of my best memories is going to Preservation Hall for a live concert. Great, great musicians and great great memories.

Been there, too. Many years ago. Had a very special time there once.

Even pounding that bass drum or thimbling the washboard without any false beats for the entire song is harder than it looks. Don't ask me how I know.

Gawd...I miss heading over to the Big Easy every two or three weeks for my fix of Dixieland and Zydeco.

Try this. Don't give it up during the intro and warm-up. They're just messin' around. The fun starts around :40.

Love Zydeco. The Barns at Wolftrap has had dances in the past with famous groups from Louisiana. And we loved our trip to Lafayette. Yummy food and music!!
