I have a Samsung Galaxy Nexus. I love the virtual keyboard. Battery life is about 15 to 16 hours on an average day. Its quite a phone.

My wife's contract is up next week. She's currently using a Blackberry Storm II. She's going to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy SIII.

 

^ The Galaxy S III was also very high on my list. It gets great reviews. I've read that the Nexus is also quite popular, because its programming can be hacked and modified fairly easily. I'm just not courageous enough at this point to wander away from a physical keyboard, though.
