Everything changes, nothing changes.
Great photos, Ralper!
I think your pictures illustrate the cyclic nature of life in that you look so much like your dad in the early picture. Your handsome son doesn't have so much of your dad's looks, but he adds a new dimension in the cycle. Going from one picture to the next, there's no doubt even some of the spirit of the BRG TD living in your S...
Nice post....

Thank you everyone. I had posted these two pictures in the Community Organizers forum as sort of a before and after. When I was looking at them I realized that they were exactly the same photo separated by 30 years.
Julie, you understood what I was trying to say. I too was taken aback by the continuity of the two pictures.
S1997 you understood too. The cycle. And yes there is a whole lot of my father in me and some of me in my son. That is the circle I was talking about.
The cars are the same, only 30 years apart.
By the way the "Me, my TD and my dad" photo is a very special one. My dad is 84 and not nearly so strong as he was. That photo was from a very special, very happy time.
The other photo is now. Adam is my future.
Have any of you seen this? How about some stories and (if possible) some pictures.

Rob, I'm gonna have to stick up for Adam here....I see a big difference in the pics.
The first one - your behind the wheel.
The second - Adam is not.

Okay, maybe he needs another couple of years, but you should get a shot when he is old enough to drive - wiith the same positions. I think the pair of pics would be a great family item.

Actually, Adam has his own key and remote for the S. He made me get him the set when we first got the car. I like to think the S is mine, he thinks its ours.
I am going to get that photo when he gets a little older. I think the two photos would look great together. Right now he can't reach the pedals (lucky for me).
