I like my Honda dealer. first class all the way. I have one mechanic assigned to my car. Not that I've needed it but he gives it a full going over everytime I have them do an oil change. Service is actually quick, figure that one out.
I really only have one complaint, and thats because i also own a 2003 chevy conversion van...which gets to vist chevy alot more than my S2k sees Honda...Chevy bribes me with donuts!!! Honda just has coffee. I WANT DONUTS WITH MY OIL CHANGE>

Hmmmm, back on topic
Here on the elitist Main Line of Philadelphia, I've had pretty good luck with my Honda dealer. They have done all of the major services (just passed 45k); did the service bulletins w/o complaint (incl the clutch retro due to 1-2 gear grind; engine tear-down due to a cylinder/head problem). Any dealer might have some problems... it's a people business, after all.
If I had experienced HI SPDR's problems, I would have taken the car back to the dealer and demanded a free wax/detailing/fix. After I had the clutch replacement done, I (luckily) discovered a gash under the rocker panel on the driver side. The service rep looked at it, marked it on my invoice, and made the body shop appointment for me. They even fixed another small ding w/o charge. Martin Main Line Honda, Ardmore, PA.

I only take our cars (2003 Pilot And 2002 S2K) to Brickel Honda in Miami. Service every 4,500 miles is very quick and by the way every other oil change is free. Never had any problems and we always get a phone call asking how we felt we where treated.
