Time to change the subject to baby pictures - the first 3 are of a young Oriole that sat on this finch feeder by our window for at least 1/2 hour and down below on the catch netting was his brother. Yeah, we need to clean the window!

I really need to clean the window. It is always hard to get a decent closeup of this bird that shows the bright blue; lighting has to be just right.

Last shot of the day; I got other things to do than look at birds.

You have your own wildlife preserve!! I spotted Baltimore Orioles in my travels yesterday but not in my yard.

Some great shots, Dave. I agree with Lainey...you do have a wildlife preserve.

A couple that I took this morning. The third day of rain in my neighborhood...kinda glad to have the moisture.

Enjoying a sunflower seed.

Bird feeder overload!

The past couple weeks it seems like it. I honestly can't believe how many birds are out there at the same time. Unfortunately the on/off switch on my decent camera is broken and I have to install/uninstall the battery to make it work. I had a great shot of three indigo buntings together and missed it. They are so skittish and I seldom ever see them together. At least I cleaned the window this afternoon. That should stop them from all landing and staying there.

Dave, do you need us to take up a collection at SF so you can get a new camera? Start your research now to let us know what you want. I can actually recommend a point and shoot three of my sisters have purchased. Nice zoom on it..I think around $400.00.

I took a stroll this afternoon at my favorite nature spot. I saw the yellow warblers, the yellow rumped warbler and the Baltimore Oriole was not so elusive today.

We love Spring. It becomes Grand Central Station in the backyard.

And here's a shot of Ma & Pa
