No cable series I can think of. No movies worth paying On Demand. It takes me weeks, if not months, to finish a book - I can only read a few pages at a time before I lay it down. I consider all the items you mentioned as 'winter things to do'. I am going to get back into genealogy this winter since it has been several years and I just got my DNA results back. But again that's winter stuff.

As for all the other suggestions, if we lived closer I would take you up on them!

BTW, dryer vent is now very clean as is a large part of the basement. So now what . . .

I still think you should sit down with pencil and paper on your porch and write the great American novel. Write about the time you won the Grand Prix at Watkins Glen (or dreamed about winning it.)

I don't think it would be on the New York Times best seller list, but I'm sure everybody here in Vintage would buy a copy.

Time to learn how to spend time just sitting outside and enjoying the world? Relaxation is a learned skill, especially with your work ethic and energy level. I was going to say it helps promote longevity but you already seem to be ahead of the curve on that score.

The above "suggestion" was offered tongue in cheek but maybe there is something to it.

So far that one who did show up wanted 110% more than a quote I got last year (that contractor canceled due to needing a hip replacement and he hasn’t answered my calls this year).
We just had our house painted, he finished last week. We had no issue getting quotes, but the quotes were ridiculous. I can forward you a few names & numbers if you'd like.

If it was me with great weather I'd go for a walk or an ElliptiGO ride.

Yep. Just came in the house. Found a project on the MG to keep me busy all afternoon. There was a message she spent 2 hours talking at lunch and was just heading to the barn. Said it would be after 6pm before she finished up her ride. So now I'm just checking in with my Vintage friends and popped the cap on a Bud.
