I heard a comedian on the radio yesterday talking about the marriages being granted in San Francisco. He was saying that if you ask a gay or lesbian couple which one wears the pants and who is the bitch, they'll all say that it's not like that and that they are equal partners. Then he said, wait till the divorce. Then you'll see who the bitch is, cause she'll be the one trying to get the house, car and support.

Suppose you clone your father and mother, and you adopt the clones at birth (since real clones would be babies). When they grow up, would it be incest if they got married?
Oh, and for the mathematically-minded among you... "This sentence is false."

I really don't care. For those against the gay lifestyle, not allowing for Marriage is not going to stop it. Calling it something else like 'civil union' to me is just cosmetics.
What are people protecting, look at the heterosexual marriages. What is the divorce rate? Aren't prenuptual agreements anticipating a divorce in the future?
So my question is, it is ok to live together, in some states have a recognized 'civil union' but just don't call it a marriage? I don't get it.
I'd rather they spent more time helping kids that live in poverty or elderly who can't buy the medicines that they need.
