Got up at 3 a.m. to be at LAX for an 8:15 a.m. flight. It was all good until my flight got cancelled at about 7 a.m. Suitcase was already checked in. After phone calls and getting back in line for about an hour, I got put on a 2:50 p.m. flight. Killed time all day, and then that flight was delayed until we took off at about 4:45 p.m.
Got into Newark, NJ at about 12:30 a.m. and then my suitcase was a no-show.
It finally showed up with other peoples' lost luggage at about 1:30 a.m. It's now 2:05 a.m. Cali time or 5:05 a.m. NJ time. I think I'll try to sleep now. I saw aboout four S2000s in the lot and Phil's NSX. Oh goodie!! I have some kind of white Pontiac rental parked nose to nose with a Laguna Blue S2000.

I'm home now. I broke off from the drive when it got near my house. I came home to get my wife and we're going back for the dinner at 6:00 this evening.
I drove in the spirited group. The drive was as good as it gets. The people, as always, were great. Last night Liz and I sat and talked for hours with Xviper, Starbrd, Ruined 2, Kyras and a few of the others at the Friday night Pizza Party.
Its been a great meet so far.
One my way home someone in a Mitsubishi 3000 pulled up next to me, rolled down his window and asked, "Hey, where are all of the S2000s going." I smiled and said, "We just had our first New Jersey meet."

very fun drive. i liked the turns very much so.
im so sleepy now .. i am never waking up at 7am again ... until next week when the semester begins
