Default Going south

After the last few months, I'm more than ready for some time off. Even this weekend, 90% of my time is spent at the PC doing work. The hardest chunk of work is behind me though, so I'll be able to take time off without anything major hanging over my head.

This Friday we all leave for Florida. Flying to Orlando, picking up a rental car (convertible Mustang, Jerry! ) and driving down to Naples, where my aunt & uncle live. We'll spend a few days with them on the beach, then drive back north to Disney for a few days. We decided that, at age 5 and 45 inches tall, she's just right for Disney. Tall enough to go on almost every ride (Space Mountain, here we come!) and so into the Disney Princesses that she'll be in heaven there. We've already booked a breakfast with Mickey and Friends, and 2 dinners with various princesses. She's bringing her bestest princess dress to wear for the occasion.

Anyway, back to work for me. Still lots to do before Friday, and that doesn't even count packing.......

Have fun, Jonas. We enjoyed our trip with Ally when she was four.

If you have the time, don't miss "Soaring" in Epcot. She'll love it, Ally did.

Take lots of pics!

I'm glad that you're going to have a ragtop, Jonas. Life is good, eh?

As a working , you deserve a "big bucks" vacation......all I deserved is a and some

Jerry, you seem to be laboring under the misapprehension that I've got money to burn. The ragtop is probably the only splurge in this vacation. The thing is, having a family of 3 and an S2000 is not an especially compatible situation. This 'upgrade' to our ride is an tiny attempt to compensate my family, and allow us all the opportunity to have a top-down drive (at the same time!)

Maybe someday I'll be what you think I am, but that day is not yet here!

(yet!)

^The ragtop is a good idea if you're going to use it. I quit getting one for Vintage meets when I started riding with other people on the drives. Way more fun that way too!
