OK this will sound a little strange but it doesn't look all that bad.
remembering it is carbon fiber which doesn't bend but shatter.

now he will get to go argue with his insurance company about value of the vehicle.
ok so the vehicle was in average condition.
what are you talking about, it was a day old?
well do you have any photos of eh vehicle before the crash?
it was ONE DAY OLD!!!
Also it appears to be rather high mileage for a one day old car.

A loose nut? Get a lawyer. What kind of QC does McClaren perform for a car that costs that much. Built by hand Hmmmm. Maybe the tech was high on something.
