We have a neighbor (he works at a beer distributorship) who sets up a beer tent! Can you believe it - I've never been there. We are too busy keeping up with the kids. One reason we had so many this last time was Grant (vampier) stood at the open door waving and yelling for people to stop. He enjoyed giving it out more than going around to get it.

When our grandkids came back at night, she helped answer the door for a while. She got a kick out of that too. Her mother had offered to take her to a few houses in our neighborhood, but she preferred answering the door and passing out the candy.

You can't se the rest of the costume. The mummy head below him is part of an inflatable costume that makes it look like he's being carried on the shoulders of the mummy.
