Default Happy Easter

We're having Honey Baked ham with champagne mustard, scallop potatos, and corn souffle for dinner.

Pizza for us!

We just got back from a long drive to Wisconsin and are too tired to cook.

Happy Easter...we had pizza with nephew and family at a place called Mod Pizza. It looks like a cafeteria. You can order one on the menu or choose your toppings. It was very good!

Flat iron steak, apple crisp, bourbon (the good stuff), and the rest of the stuff... noodles, bread, green beans, etc. And beating the grandkids at Old Maid. Next up, Clue....

Spent the day in the rehab with Barbara. Happy to still have each other and spend time together.

He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: ‘The Son of Man must be delivered over to the hands of sinners, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.’

Had lobster tails over garlic butter pasta, escargot, and Cesar salad. Lobster tails were a trade out with a friend who sent his Mom flowers on the anniversary of his dad/her husband's passing earlier this month.

My sister stayed in rehab for her second knee replacement but not her first. The second recovery went MUCH better. I'm glad Barbara is going that route.
