Hello there!
Welcome aboard, sir. You will find many older vints here. I personally have not quite made 60 yet but it is comming. Wow, a white model with tan seats, I have never seen one like that, is it custom?
In the Northeast all the seats are either black (on most cars) and a few black with red.
None the less I hope you are enjoying your car as much as I am. You will also find this to be a great crowd of folks!

Yep, there are several members older than you (at least chronologically), but we don't pay any attention to age (except for joining Vintage, where you must be at least 40). The Vintage motto is "Aged to Perfection". Hope to see you posting.
Hello again! Haven't gotten a chance to post on here until now.
Thank you for all the welcomes! I hope to meet some of you in the near future.
It's hard to imagine anyone older than me would drive this rather hardcore sports car. You must be a masochistic bunch!
I'm having a little bit of discomfort with the seat because it's not supportive enough, especially the lumbar section. Since I fractured my spine in 6 places during a parachute jump due to a mishap, my back hasn't been the same, and sitting in the S2000 long would cause much discomfort.
To answer the question above, my S2000's seats are dual-colored, black and red, not tan as I wanted. I saw a used '04 white S2000 at the dealership with tan seats and it was much nicer than black/red seats. I chose tan seats in my profile on here only because it's what I wanted. I suppose I could order a pair of tan seats from the dealership (for an older model year) but in the end, it's too much money and not worth it because I don't plan on keeping the S for more than 3 years. Besides, I probably will put only 3000 miles on the car yearly too.
Sure, I would like that Vintage badge and also information to the meets.
