[QUOTE=SheDrivesIt,Nov 7 2005, 04:07 PM] My favorite part of my Mr. Machine was when his mouth would open and he would say "Ahhhhh".

Do you remember "Mike Mulligan and His Steam Shovel"? Here's some trivia for you. What was the steam shovel's name?

So you remember it?? It's not my imagination?
Nope!
I really wanted both of those, but as they say, that was long ago and far far away.

I do remember the tank, as a youngster I went to visit an acquaintance of my father and his son had one. It was the size of a pedal car.

I had a wired remote Walker Bulldog tank, don' tknow the company, though.

One of my favorite toys was Kenner's "Girder and Panel" and the related bridge making sets. You had these polystyrene girders that interlocked and exterior panels that clipped onto them. This would create skyscrapers. The bridge set allowed you to make ramps into the buildings, IIRC as well as elevated roadways.

Guess that what lead me to social work as a career!
