Default Hmm, Vacuum or Espresso?

This morning I excitedly tore into a much anticipated delivery by Amazon!! I was expecting a replacement IRobot Roomba automatic vacuum cleaner (ours was damaged when we moved). OOOPS!!! When I opened the box there was an espresso machine! There was no order number on the box and no packing slip, so I called Amazon and they resolved the sitch. My Roomba should arrive tomorrow and UPS will come and pick up the espresso machine.

Anything like this ever happen to you?

You sure you weren't subconsciously thinking espresso when you ordered that vacuum?

I had to double check the order to be sure I didn't push the wrong button. I was probably thinking I could have some espresso while the robot did all the work.

Amazon is great with customer service. Buy.com has good prices but the customer service is not nearly as good.

Overstock.com also has good customer service.

IMO.

Don't ever buy a Dell computer if you want good customer service, or any customer service at all.

I LOVE Amazon. I've never had a complaint with a product that I purchased from Amazon that was not quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Their customer service is fabulous and most of my purchases are delivered with no shipping charges. YAY.

Rob,

Sounds like there is a story behind this comment.

I have started using CSN stores for some things, and their customer support is exceptional.

As to the Dell statement.....there aren't many words that I can use other than horrendous!!!!!

So what kind of machine was it. I had to have my Gaggia Platinum Vogue replaced. It seems that they took all of the really bad parts and then put them in my machine , but WLL took care of me and replaced it with a Titanium refurb. It's a bit noisier but it's also a bit faster.

Roomba, isn't that a latin dance?
